AND CONDITIONS
Digital-Ceramics hours of Operation are
as follows:
Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
DIGITAL-CERAMICS does not accept any sexually explicit
photos or material we deem inappropriate
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and paid with a credit card from
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS OR DISCOVER at the
time the order is placed.
1. 3 -5 Business Days for Competition of ALL Orders.
10 TILES AND Under, Larger Orders will require more
time, to be determined at time order is placed If any
items are back ordered as outlined below this timeframe
will be negotiable once an agreement has been reached
between Digital-Ceramics and BUYER in writing via EMAIL
only.
2. Except in the case of Vendor/Distributor backorders,
at which time Digital-Ceramics will notify buyer of
expected promised delivery by our vendor
3. Any Order Received after 2:00pm will be deemed as
accepted the FOLLOWING Business day
4. All Orders/SALES are considered Final
5. Any changes to a submitted order must be done within
one (1) business day of receipt of order to Digital-Ceramics.
NO changes will be allowed after the completion of one
business day. If changes occur after this time frame
a new order must be submitted and charges incurred on
previous order will remain.
6. Digital-Ceramics agrees to notify BUYER via EMAIL
within 4 hours of receipt of any order if there are
any product back orders and the time frame for Digital-Ceramics
to receive such product in-house. (This timeframe is
also dependent on time of day order is received from
BUYER & Digital-Ceramics Vendors/Distributors hours
of Operation and their affected time zones )
7. If BUYER requires Digital-Ceramics to “Drop”
ship any order, information must be supplied at the
time order is placed.
8. It is NOT necessary that the entire order be “Drop”
shipped, but, any item requiring this must be stated
AT THE TIME OF order
9. It is the responsibility of BUYER to pay any &
all shipping charges on ALL orders and “Drop”
Shipments
10. Digital-Ceramics must be notified the DAY shipment
is received of any and all damages or loss of any and
all products.
11. BUYER will be given an RMA (Return Material Authorization)
number once a UPS or FedEx Tracking number is supplied
by BUYER for return/ replacement of said product. All
Items damaged are replaced with EXACT item ordered only.
No monetary refunds or credit is /will be issued as
ALL Digital-Ceramics items are considered “Special”
orders from each client.
12. Digital-Ceramics. strongly recommends you fully
insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged
and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof
of delivery for your protection
13. Failure to do so within 3 days of receipt of package
containing damaged items , (excluding Saturday/Sundays)
will result in NO replacement of product unless at BUYERS
expense.
14. In instances where a back order is present, you
will be charged ONLY for the product shipped on a given
order. Back Orders will be charged ONLY at the time
they are shipped to BUYER.
